The Patch

As usual we went to a few different pumpkin patches this halloween season.  This year we did the Pinery Patch (Rancho Bernardo), Bates Nut Farm (Valley Center) and Peltzer farm (in temecula, ca). Braeden loves them, and I admit the price is always right and they all have something different to offer :) This year we tried something new. Instead of meeting our friends for our annual daytime trip to Peltzer farm we made it an evening trip. I was a bit hesitant about this at first, knowing lighting for pics would not be great and a little worried how everly would do (she needs her beauty sleep). BUT- it was absolutely perfect and I think I prefer this now. We made it just in time to see the pig races and the rest of the evening included pony rides, live music, a petting zoo and lots of laughter and running around from the kiddos. The pumpkin patch is seriously the best play yard. I am also a sucker for bulb lights and am a believer that they make things magical. So yes, this night was magical.

Peltzer Farm:
Picking up girls is way better than picking out pumpkins...
BUMPkins: 34 weeks and 25 weeks...we just had to :)
